QUESTION - Can I return or exchange an item?

ANSWER
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Snow Republic.

However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order or part of an order you have received:

Simply return it to us unused and original condition complete with all tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
From 14-28 days you can still return goods you have ordered from us for any reason but only exchange or store credit will be given.

Please email customer services of your intent as this can speed the refunding/exchanging process.

We aim to process all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible and you should receive confirmation of this within a week of having returned the item.
