QUESTION - How do I get a refund?

ANSWER
A refund will be processed once you're your goods are received into our warehouse.

When a refund is payable to you we will refund the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.

Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team on 0845 017 1119 with your order number, postcode and new card details. For security reasons, we cannot accept this information via email.
