Reward Points

Reward Points are automatically added to your online account every time you shop with Snow Republic.
These points can be exchanged online at any time and allow you to get even more money off your Snow Republic purchases.

How do I earn Reward Points?

You earn points every time you spend with Snow Republic.
For every £1 you spend with Snow Republic, you earn 2.5 Reward Points. Each point is worth a penny, so if you spend £100 on your order, you would earn 250 points which converts to £2.50 off a future purchase.
The points really do add up!
Watch out for special Points promotions from time to time for the chance to earn extra points.

How can I check my Reward Points?

To check your current points total, simply:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your My Account page
3. Click on the View Reward Points link in the Account Funds section

This will display your current total points value available to spend.

How do I spend my Reward Points?

You can spend your Reward Points at any time for any purchase from our website.
You can redeem your points when you checkout as follows:

1. At checkout payment page, you will be shown the total value of your points available to spend. You will also be shown the maximum value of points that can be redeemed against your purchase. This will be equal to the total value of the purchase, or the total value of your accumulated points, whichever is the lower
2. Tick the Redeem checkbox if you wish to use your points.
   If you have more funds in your Reward Points account than the total cost of your purchase, the balance will be left in your Reward Points account for the future
3. Your points will be deducted from your purchase
4. Continue through the payment steps to complete your purchase as normal

What if I don't have enough points to cover the cost of my purchase?

If you don't have enough points to cover the entire cost of your purchase, you can make up the difference as follows:

1. You can use a gift voucher. If you have gift voucher funds available, you can use all or part of it to make up any shortfall between your Reward Points and your order total
2. You can use a credit/debit card or PayPal. Just tick the redeem checkbox to use the points available to you, and also select your preferred payment method to make up the shortfall between your Reward Points and your order total

Terms & Conditions

• Reward Points will only be awarded to registered users on the snowrepublic.co.uk website
• Reward Points are only awarded when paying with cash. This means any portion of an order you pay with either Reward Points or Gift Certificates will not accrue Reward Points
• Your points never expire, so you can use them whenever you like. Store them up for one big purchase, or use a small amount regularly
• There is no limit, the more you spend and recommend, the more you collect.
• Reward points must be used at checkout only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used retrospectively.
• Only one account can be created per customer and any abuse of this is strictly against Snow Republic rules.
• Any fraudulent use of the Rewards programme will result in deletion of all related accounts and removal of all points.
• We reserve the right to remove any points at any time.
• We reserve the right to change the Reward Points terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.
