QUESTION - I have a faulty item. How do I return it?

If you believe you have received an item that is faulty or received incorrectly, please contact our customer services team by phone or email.

we will examine the returned goods and will notify you as soon as possible to confirm that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full or exchanged if an exchange is available.
